Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
By using Day off Picker you agree to these terms. The app is provided by TubiWay (Tuğberk Benli).
1. The service
Day off Picker is a free app that helps you plan time off by combining your free days with weekends and public holidays. Creating an account is optional.
2. Accuracy of holiday data
Public holiday data comes from public sources and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Half days, regional holidays and workplace rules can differ. Suggestions are for information only; check the dates with your employer and official sources before you book time off.
3. Your account
- Use a real email address and keep your sign-in details private.
- Don't create an account if you are under 13.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or on this page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to send automated requests that harm or overload the servers, not to try to access other people's accounts, and not to use offensive or unlawful content in plan names. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its code belong to TubiWay (Tuğberk Benli). The plans you create belong to you.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, pause or end it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions based on information in the app (for example leave dates or bookings). This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
